The regional engineering center SafeNet was established in 2017 as a structural unit of JSC "Technopark of St. Petersburg" for the development of the market of security systems of information and cyber-physical systems.

The SafeNet is a platform for integration of high-tech solutions for internal requirements, taking into account the development of new markets for the Internet of things and cyberphysical systems.

The main vectors of the tasks: business infrastructure, coordination of startups, testing solutions, sales in the domestic market, staffing, foreign market and partner networks.

Main activities: preparation of technological processes; ensuring production process; implementation of breakthrough technologies; development of a national platform of solutions in the field of it and cybersecurity, quantum technologies, virtualization of network functions, artificial intelligence.
